Landowner Assitance
The health of private and public lands in the Upper Gallatin Watershed depends on active stewardship by landowners.
Grow Wild equips landowners with best-management practices, adaptive strategies, and expert support on noxious weeds, native plants, and habitat health.
The greater Big Sky area is approximately 50,000 acres of private land which is parceled out to thousands of individual landowners.
The lack of resource management knowledge combined with the nature of a resort community creates an environment conducive to invasive species establishment and spread.

To address this, Grow Wild works to empower landowners to manage invasive species on their own properties through free one-on-one site visits.
We provide landowners with the tools and resources to execute ecologically based invasive species management
using best management practices and adaptive management strategies.
